Dana joined the Board in June 2018. She works in Quality Improvement for St. Joseph’s Health Care London where she is currently facilitating a project that aims to improve family caregiver engagement and experience corporately. A passionate advocate for innovative, integrated and accountable health care systems, Dana is also completing her Master’s in Health Administration from the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy with the University of Regina. She has spent the majority of her career working in the community health sector, where she consistently engaged community partners and led projects to improve client care. Dana previously served as a Speaker’s Bureau volunteer with United Way (2013-15). In addition, she recently received the Bhayana Family Foundation Award: Innovation and Creativity, for her work in improving access to adult day programs in Toronto. Lastly, Dana has been instrumental in the development of a justice centered Housing First program with the City of London. In her spare time, Dana enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family.
